About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL/SQL development.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud integrations, along with strong programming skills in procedures, functions, packages , and REST API development.
This is a remote position , requiring flexibility to work in US rotational shifts and collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM applications.
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages , and triggers.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using FBDI, HDL , and other Oracle integration tools.
- Build integration error handling and fault management frameworks.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, SIT, and UAT phases to ensure successful integration delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or data-related issues in integrations and database procedures.
- Maintain documentation, including technical design, mapping sheets, and test scripts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations and development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – integrations using REST, SOAP, File-based, and scheduled flows.
- In-depth proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL , including complex procedures, functions, packages , and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with REST API design, development, and integration.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud modules and data models.
- Good knowledge of FBDI, BIP, HDL , and data conversion/migration processes.
- Familiarity with error handling, logging frameworks, and OIC monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
